PURO is passion, love, and the feeling that everything is possible, if only we have a strong desire and feelings to make these things happen.
PURO nekretnine d.o.o. was founded by Simona Zavratnik at the end of 2012. After 25 years of work and experience in international companies and in different workplaces, it was time to “make something of one’s own and follow one’s own path”.

To bring inspiration, good design and spiritual moments in our real estates in Croatia created with love and passion and other beautiful places of the world.-

We love design and beautiful things that have soul and good energy. Inspiration is the essence of our lives. We search for and create objects that hold these characteristics, so we can offer them to our guests and partners.

This is my philosophy in life! In hard times it is well to remind yourself that just about everything we do “is just a game”, and we must not take life too seriously.
The company name PURO was not selected accidentally. It represents my philosophy. PURO is a synonym for the purist, natural, healthy, spiritual, urban and modern in our lives. I want to reflect PURO in our projects, architecture, design, and through good energy flowing through them. In this way, I want to have a positive impact on my environment and contribute to the development of product design and the design in general.
PURO is passion, love, and the feeling that everything is possible, if only we have a strong desire and feelings to make these things happen.
